This ethereal fantasy by Shakespeare follows four lovers as they run to the forest to escape an arranged marriage. There, a fairy name Puck mistakenly uses a love potion to make the lovers fall in (and out) of love. Also in the forest, a group of tradesmen practice a play to present to the court. Meanwhile, Oberon and Titania, rulers of the fairy court are at odds with each other. Puck utilizes the love potion to ‘punish’ Titania by making her fall in love with the Bottom of the Mechanicals who has been turned into a Donkey. These mix ups lead to a hilarious romp through the forest, or maybe it's all just a dream.
